I contacted several breeders and as soon as I started speaking with Jordan I knew he was the breeder for us. I spoke to him for hours about his puppies and kennel. Even though we never met I felt as if we were old friends. Jordan was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns, no matter how stupid they may have been. I was sold and could not wait to get my puppy. We have had our new puppy(Louie) for 2 wks and he is already scratching at the door to go outside, very smart. After lots of Research of the Staffordshire Bull Terrier (SBT) breed, I began to search for a True breeder of the SBT. After 8 months of searching I came across Jordan, owner of Volstar Kennels. He was very informative and answered all my questions. He was very "honest" and stood by his "quality of dogs". I was SOLD. When I received my new puppy (Trunks), he was very healthy and lively. It did not take Trunks long at all to get comfortable in his new home. House Breaking was a snap with him. He is always eager to Learn new things and pick things up very quickly. He gets along GREAT with other dogs and loves Children even more. I take him everywhere with me and just love to ride in the Car. Trunks is now 8 months old and we are ready to take our CGC (Canine Good Citizen) Test. Then we will be on our way to Competition Obedience. Thank you so much Jordan for giving me the chance to own one of your Puppies.

When my husband and I were trying to compromise on what dog to get we had not even heard of the Staffordshire Bull Terrier. But the moment we began researching this amazing breed we knew it was the one for us! Of course we wanted to find just the right breeder who was producing even tempered and all around excellent puppies.... that's when we came across Volstar Kennels. Not only were we impressed with Volstar Kennels but Jordan has consitantly been helpful in every step. Our sweet Staffy, "Bullet" is just over a year old and my husband and I are officially spoiled. He picked up so quickly on every command and has proven to be the smartest and kindest dog I've ever met... maybe I'm biased becuase he is my precious pet! I never knew anything about Staffordshire Bull Terriers. I was merely researching for the right kind of dog for me and my family. I always liked the look of the APBT but I never felt comfortable having that type of dog around my kids. After doing some research I found that it's not the dog, its how its raised, I researched the SBT and found it to be the perfect dog for me, I then contacted various breeder's, but my search was over when I came across Jordan. After looking at his website which is always up to date with info, I decided to give him a call and found that he was very knowledgeable and he was very detailed in the info that he gave me. Through talking with Jordan I was convinced that he was the right breeder for me. The quality of dogs that Jordan produces is second to none in my book. He always sent weekly pics of the dog as well. He worked with me on a lot of things, I purchased a male from Jordan out of Pepper Ann and Rex's littler. Since then we have named him "King" and he is a part of our family. He has been very happy and energetic, also has been pretty good about potty training. He has a nice head and will grow into a great dog!! We LOVE our doggies. We met Jordan and ended up with our first puppy, Stella and fell completely and totally in love. Stella was in need of a playmate so we got her brother Joey about a year later. They share the same dad. Jordan is awesome to deal with. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Stella and Joey are beautiful, healthy, and the greatest companions. We can't thank Jordan enough. I'd recommend him to everyone! Once a Staffy owner, always a Staffy owner. We'll be back!

Ozzy is the most awesome dog we've ever had! My fiance made me go see the litter when they were about four weeks old. I fell in love immediately! Ozzy is very smart. He learns very quickly. He was amazingly easy to potty train for going outside. Right from the beginning he would sit quietly beside the door and wait on one of us to notice him and take him out. He loves to ride in the car. When he sits in the car waiting he 'people watches.' His favorite place to go is Petsmart, where he is always the center of attention. People seem to be mesmerized by him. Even dogs seem to be in awe of him! I'd recommend Volstar Kennels and the breed to anyone.

In February 06 we embarked on the journey of increasing the size of our family. We knew the basic physical characteristics and personality traits we desired in man’s best friend, but had no clue where to start. After searching the internet we concluded that Staffordshire Bull Terriers were the complete package we were looking for. Their stocky, powerful build and big bull heads are quite impressive and well complemented by their loving personalities, not to mention how smart and well behaved they are. Once a breed was chosen, we needed to locate a breeder. We looked at numerous kennels and Jordan’s dogs stood out above all others. After speaking with Jordan our search was over. He is the most patient, informative, truthful person we contacted. We had a million questions and Jordan took his time to answer every one of them. Our First Volstar dog, Kendra was taken home in May 06. Just four short months later, we were back again picking up our second dog, Tyson. They both have unique personalities and are extremely smart. As far as house training, they succeeded in less than two weeks. Our dogs are very loving and have a strong desire for companionship. They never meet a stranger and are always ready to play. Back in early 2006 I was thinking about adding a pup to the household. I was already familiar and in love with the Staffy breed. I have spoken to a few other breeders before I spoke to Jordan but I never felt 100% comfortable. I just got a real good vibe from Jordan. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about this special breed. I have done tons of research on them and yet Jordan still managed to teach me something new. I got the feeling like we have been good friends for a very long time even though we never actually met. He was more than helpful every single step of the way. Then in March of 2006 I was rewarded with my new addition, Ronca. My first ever Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Definitely not the last. When I am ready for my next Stafford, I will NOT hesitate on contacting Mr. Jordan Williams.... the best Staffy Bull breeder on the planet!

Jordan was absolutely awesome to work with. We knew we wanted a Staffie Bull, except we did not know much about them or where to get one. I came across Jordan's site through a search engine and i was utterly amazed at the knowledge and quality of the dogs. I remember when the page came up the first time, i was a little startled at how big Cody was. My wife and I wanted a medium sized dog that could take care of itself, if need be, because we have a lot of land with Coyotes and other critters. Jordan was so easy to get a hold of, and talk to, that even after interviewing many other prominant kennels, we knew Volstar was the kennel for us. We took two babies right away, born just three days apart. They have wonderful temperments, awesome physiques, and are incredibly intelligent. They turn heads no matter where we go! We took Zeus and Hera to our Waterfront Park during Kentucky Derby week here in Louisville for a happy tail hour with live bands and booths. There were hundreds of dogs. We were the stars of the event and were told by numerous people that Zeus and Hera were their favorite dogs there! They did us and Volstar Kennels very proud. They played so hard and the kids that were there just pulled, tugged and pinched Zeus and Hera. Their ability to handle the pain that the kids could dish out, coupled with Zeus and Hera loving kids so much, made the breed look really good in a time of not so good media.

We researched this breed and possible breeders for over a year before we made the decision to purchase a puppy from Jordan. We could not be happier with our choice. Cooper was easy to train and well adjusted from the start. He loves everyone that he meets. Even our friends who have never really liked dogs have had a change of heart after spending time with him. People are always impressed with his build, personality, and manners when he is walked. We take him everywhere and he is easily one of the best-behaved dogs in our neighborhood. This breed is extremely versatile. He is equally happy as a running partner or napping on your lap while you watch T.V. We began our search for this unique breed after seeing our uncles' staffy during a Christmas visit to Arkansas. We searched the web and came across Jordan Williams-Volstar Kennels and decided to give him a call.
